A Message from Carl..

I am pleased to serve San Diego on our City Council—and am working hard to honor the trust the voters have placed in me.

I pledge to bring people’s voice into city government and dedicate my time on the City Council to four key priorities: balance the budget, reform the pension, rebuild our infrastructure and restore ethics and accountability to every level of city government.

Thank you to everyone who continue to share their thoughts and concerns with me—and their support for making positive change happen in San Diego.
